Lekcja Antoniego Strano na temat Stabilności – wersja w języku polskim

I learnt three words instantly when I came to Baba and they are: Satopradhan, Swaaha and Faristha.

I didn’t know the meaning of these words but I was pulled by the vibrations of these words.

When they told me the meaning of these words it gave me the more enthusiasm.

The word satopradhan comes up great deal in the sakar murlis.

When we remember Brahma Baba and see all the Dadis then we know that our aim is to be satopradhan.

We have been remembering Dadi Kumarka. When we see Dadi Kumarka’s life, we can see she achieved all three. She became that angel.

We are now living at a time where it is only Baba’s energy and the energy of His true-hearted instruments that is going to uplift the world and release the world from its sorrow.

We have to be really pure and divine.

Dadi Janki said to be pure and to be divine means there is no selfishness.

Become so complete within the self and have all the needs met by God so that I don’t need to go fishing for anything from anybody. We go fishing sometimes „I want this”, „I want the other”, „give me respect”. Fishing finishes when you become satopradhan.

Besides being generous like Brahma Baba and the Dadis, a very important virtue to pay attention to is stability . We don’t regard stability as being very important so we don’t give that attention to it. But whatever may have happened inside, outside, situations, people, I must really pay attention to be inwardly stable.

On the basis of that stability the soul, as an instrument is able to donate whatever God wants it to donate. When the intellect is stable the soul is able to hear Baba’s guidance. Otherwise it is influenced by its emotions and reactions -whether it is fear or anger- I have to become very free of this.

How is the stability created?

There are three things that create inner stability: peace, trust and purpose.

Baba gave us these three at the very beginning.

Peace – Om Shanti is the first direction from Baba.

It is not a little thing to create peace in my mind. We get into a routine of saying 'Om Shanti’, 'Om Shanti’, 'I am a peaceful soul, they are peaceful souls’, but I must move away from routine gyan and get into breathing living gyan.

The only way I am going to do that is when I pay a lot of attention to myself: am I peaceful at this moment? When I say Om Shanti- am I feeling peace?

Being peaceful means with just a thought I go beyond any wasteful feelings and wasteful thoughts, what others are doing and not doing- I remain in my peace and that peace keeps me free. When a soul is free God can use that soul. I can only remain free if I remain accurate.

Dadi said God can only use souls who are accurate. Otherwise there is too much interference.

Om Shanti is the first lesson- if I become the embodiment of that then that will certainly give me stability.

Trust is the second direction of Baba.

Manmanabhav means belong only to me- give all of your mind to me- don’t think.

We often hear 'don’t think!’ And lately we also hear 'don’t speak’.

I told this to somebody who was not so much into gyan and he said, 'do you become blind, deaf and dumb on this path?’ Yes, you do become blind, deaf and dumb to all the useless things!

Manmanabhav is when God offers Himself to us individually.

He opens His heart and I open my heart and I accept this relationship. It is a relationship of not just one lifetime but many lives-times! I have had many lives- many relationships-many friendships but this is the original relationship. Manmanabhav is the original relationship to the One who will give me back to myself, to the one who doesn’t oblige me, with the One with whom I will not produce any karmic account at all -except good.

When I the soul experience this Manmanabhav, how can I not have trust?

Trust, faith and confidence are all together.

Sometimes we come in situations we just do not know what to do!

Sometimes there is so much misunderstanding in situations with people that little conflict becomes something so big and you don’t know what to say because they are very much locked in their opinions!

At that time the best is to say, nothing! Not nothing as though you are bored or passive or 'here they go again’, no, not that type of nothingness!

To say nothing means I stop my thinking, and I return to my Father and I trust Him and I have confidence in what He says

When I do this the first thing that will come in my heart is 'this one is also a soul’. 'Respect him or her as a soul’- full stop. Don’t go into details! Sometimes we go into details, 'oh I should be patient – I should be sweet,’ no- they are soul I am a soul and feel that.

The trust that I have in Baba will also enable me to trust drama and trust the family and just have confidence- I don’t try to control outcomes for what may happen.

Third is the purpose.

At the very beginning of the Yagya Baba said, Madhiyajibhav.

Be the one in the middle, be the one who achieves real purity, be the one who achieves real non-violence, and be the one who becomes complete.

To become complete, means to become totally soul conscious-I am aware of those 5 qualities and I live those five qualities. That is my purpose.

My purpose is to be pure, to inspire others to create purity, enable others come close to God and to understand God very lovingly and then to create a non-violent world- a civilization where there is natural spiritual love.

The deities don’t think about being loving or not loving – being sweet or not sweet. We have to make a jump into a deity sanskars.

Madhiyajibhav means be that.

Before being, we have to do- this is called dharna.

The confluence age is the age of dharna. It is the age of practice, experiment and learning.

I will learn properly if every morning my mind and also my heart are focused on my Father.

Many things come during the day so there are many things to learn.

From early morning being with the incorporeal Father and the angelic father and both of them guide the soul through the day.

Satopradhan consciousness has conquered the selfishness of vices and the violence that comes from that selfishness.

There is a particular selfishness and there is a particular violence for each of the vices and that produces a particular sorrow.

For example EGO has the violence of rejecting, separating and criticising.

The sorrow that comes from ego is loneliness.

ATTACHMENT is very violent, very disrespectful, always trying to possess and own and get support from this.

The sorrow of attachment is insecurity-they are always fearful- 'what will happen- what can happen’ there is worry and anxiety.

The selfish activity of GREED is always to try to get and take something.

The sorrow that comes from greed is always the feeling of emptiness and discontentment.

Greed is not just for things -it may be for names and position and to be recognised. Even if these souls get this, their motive is not a clean motive. There is a lot of selfishness in it.

The sorrow of greed is constant discontentment and being very fragile and very sensitive.

'They got a bigger toli than me- that means they are loved more!’

If I have a deep contentment in myself I will never even think of such things.

The selfishness of ANGER is „I want things my way.” This is why I get very irritable, moody, not talk to someone and keep a very safe distance. In anger there is a lot pressure and tension. The sorrow of anger is complete peacelessness -the soul can never be at peace- nothing is right because they can’t love or appreciate.

LUST is not just physical dependency but an emotional dependency. In extreme cases especially these days, it is disregarding the true existence of the other.

This emotional dependence creates addiction- not just physically but psychologically and emotionally.

Selfishness always creates needs.

All the vices creates needs- I need this and I need that- and because that need is fulfilled in the wrong way it is never giving fulfilment, like all addictions.

Selfishness in all the vices also produces disrespect and therefore imbalance.

Unfortunately earth and nature because of people are caught in this great violence at the moment.

There is a great lack of love and relationships don’t work.

In America everybody has their psychologists! Once in school, they used to have priest but now every school has a school-psychologist. Everything is upside and down and not functioning.

There is no real respect for the individual.

Everything is egocentric and so there is no real respect for the individual.

True individuality can only be possible when there is soul consciousness.

It can’t be based on personality, on body, on culture, on talent or on achievement. If it is based on all of these things then the individual is very self-centred.

When there is soul consciousness that I am a soul and I go very deep into those qualities then I am released from needing the support of all of those things.

This is satopradhan

Swaaha (Sacrifice)

One thing with Swaaha is I recognise that my Father, I recognise the beloved and I give all of myself to Him. I have to have this love to be able to do that.

Some people say it is difficult to sacrifice.

If I increase my recognition of the Father, if I increase my understanding then I am able to surrender- I am able to give myself.

Brahma Baba merged into sanskars of Shiv Baba.

When the soul merges in that love, like Brahma Baba did, then you don’t have to go into so many processes. We need a lot of processes if we are just working with knowledge.

If we are working with love and knowledge, we can understand the mechanisms of personal impurity quickly and so go beyond them quickly.

For example: I am worried- why am I worried? I click and change-if I have the current that comes from belonging to the Father.

If I am just working with knowledge then yes I understand I shouldn’t worry- I shouldn’t be stressed- I shouldn’t dislike this one, then rather than checking and changing and bringing about transformation we get into suppression mode.

When you get into suppression-mode then you start to get obligated: I should be loving-I should be sweet. That is obligation- it is not coming from inside like an enthusiasm, 'yes it is good to be sweet because I will be able to remove the violence in our relationship’.

Baba wants us to have dharna.

Dharna is translated as the word, inculcation, but it is not so accurate.

Dharna is to accept Baba’s direction from my heart, not just from my intellect and I wish to be this.

If Baba gives me direction to be sweet when I am feeling quite salty then I understand and I accept that yes, it is far better to be sweet than to remain salty. Then I will get out of it.

But if I don’t understand it deeply then I don’t accept it deeply then I know I am working from knowledge as a duty.

Becoming satopradhan requires this Swaaha. Swaaha is where I sacrifice because I wish to. I don’t want old things. I don’t want things that give myself sorrow or that gives others sorrow.

This is what Baba is constantly inspiring us for.

A person, who is satopradhan, does not think. What does it mean 'not to think’?

It means not being stuck in thought, feelings and emotion and situation. I move beyond it quickly. As soon as I recognise I am sticking and I move beyond it.

Supreme Soul is always Satopradhan –He is Ever Pure. Characteristic of the Supreme Soul is He is aware.

In the very first murli of this season Baba said, 'you have become the embodiment of thoughts but not the embodiment of awareness’.

What is the embodiment of awareness?

It is the first lesson, Om Shanti -I am peace- I am a soul. It is not 'I can be peaceful’ or 'it is good to be peaceful’ but I am peaceful.

Like Shiv Baba He is the embodiment of awareness. He said 'I am the Blissful Self- I am the Peaceful Self. That is the state of satopradhan. You are not thinking to be- you are.

It is only when I am concentrating on God that I am able to do that because whatever you remember you absorb in yourself – whether it is good or bad.

Braham Baba was constantly in remembrance so he was absorbing those sanskars.

Shiv Baba’s sanskars becomes the blueprint for the deity religion and even for other religions numberwise.

Blueprints of God are non violence, awareness the embodiment of love peace and purity.

Brahma Baba made that first step and Dadis did that also. Deities are like that- they are not thinking about any virtues.

Satopradhan purity is to be in that awareness.

I don’t stick- I don’t allow myself to stick anywhere and we do stick-I have to be very careful I don’t justify that sticking.

When you see yourself sticking the gravity of body consciousness comes and I start to come down and I start to justify my feelings-’but they did this and said this because of that …’

I have to keep this in my awareness- I mustn’t stick. My aim is to be satopradhan

Baba also spoke about spiritual love.

Satopradhan love is not just the good feeling for the people I like the people or the people I get on with or the people that suit me – this is not satopradhan love.

All souls need to be given respect.

We all want it. We would like to have respect, there should be this and that…but what is Baba teaching me, the soul? Baba is teaching me to GIVE it. Be it and give it. Don’t worry about, 'but they don’t give it back’!

I have to be unlimited in these things. How can I be unlimited?

I can only be unlimited if I really belong to the Father and get sustenance only from there.

If we are still getting sustenance from how people respond to us then I will start to go down the practice of virtues or dharna. My sustenance has to be from Baba, the Supreme Soul and from Brahma Baba His example.

That sustenance then gives the strength to be generous. Generous means not to stop and not to feel drained. Some say I am generous, I am very tolerant- when I speak like this means something is being drained out of me. There is a hole somewhere. To stop that hole I return to Om Shanti, Manmanabhav and Madhiyajibhav.

I must always return to these three things. We have to Swaaha a bit everyday.

Faristha

Faristha comes as the result of those two-Satopradhan and Swaaha.

Dadi said something very beautiful: wisdom is to be able to go beyond, come back and go beyond and come back. To always be able to be above and also be here when necessary- be subtle.

Faristha, satopradhan, Swaaha brings the subtle energy of the soul back into this old earth. Only the subtle energy of the Father is able to transform and create the wonders and the miracles.

I need a lot of attention on myself-the effort is very heart-felt attention- not just with the mind but with my feelings also.

What else is there? Which way is the world going and where am I going?

Faristha is to fly and to give others the blessings of that flight.

It is like a plane – a plane has many passengers. If one soul can fly – many are able to follow – many are able to get benefit – it is not just the one who is flying.

Om Shanti
